The ocean games session will run such that the audience circulates among the games, stopping to discuss any games that are of particular interest to them. The session for the games presentations will run for 45 minutes.
Presenters of a game will be expected to be present at the games session on Thursday August 11, 2016 in order to explain their game and to hand out any leaflets, or other information materials, they have available. Each presenter can therefore only present one game. Any organization that submits more than one application should indicate a priority to their submissions or confirm there will be enough staff members available for the presentation.
If the game is accepted, the presenter is required to register for the Conference.
Games can be in many formats including, but not limited to:
- Computer and online games – presenters must bring their own platform or device to present their game
- Board games, card games
- Active games
